Nursing your baby is a crucial thing in post natal baby care. They tend to eat. A lot. Since I am a mom myself, trust me, I know. Every future mom needs to prepare itself for sore nipples because nursing will be hard. Sleeping is paramount too. As it is for you, so it is for your baby. If a baby is not sleeping, then it is eating and the other way around.
Since it sleeps for almost 16 hours a day, you will feel exhausted beyond your comprehension. No matter how hard it is, this is something that you will get used to. Try to establish a routine, it will greatly help with your rest. Involve your husband to help you. Take care of your baby in shifts, things will get a lot easier that way and it will bring you two even closer, trust me on that one.
