how to lose the baby weight
With the impending arrival of my son, it got me to thinking, how am I ever going to get my figure back and how long will it take. I already know what the rule is.
It took 9 months to put the wait on, so plan at least that long to get the weight back off.
I also know that with my first child I never really lost “all” the weight a couple of pounds still lingered and wandered into the next pregnancy. But this time it’s different. We don’t plan on having any more children so now I can “invest” in getting my figure back, and I’m excited about it.
But where do I start? It’s time to some investigating and I wanted to share with everyone what I found.
When I go to the mall in the morning I see a group of women with their babies in strollers exercising together. They were part of the work out program Stroller Strides.
Stroller Strides was started by a mom just like us who no longer had time to go to the gym and decided to workout outdoors with her son in tow in his stroller. She created a series of exercises that got her back into shape and wanted to share her secrets with other busy moms. Stroller Strides was born. Baby Boot Camp is another workout program that allows you to bring your baby while you get fit. The Baby Boot Camp classes last 55 to 75 minutes that combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Including Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises. If you aren’t up to workout outdoors then there are some other great ways to get back into shape in the privacy of your own home.
