Interesting article. I can’t imagine being able to determine the sex of a child by what we eat!

But I suppose it could be true and I’d love to know if there are any big studies into it?

Diet plans based on your baby’s gender…thats a new one to me. Very intriguing article. Is there any evidence, say a percentage, perhaps, as to how often this actually works? Or is it mostly just a theory at this point?

Great info.

There is a lot to be said with regard to gender prediction and diet.
It has been acknowledged through studies you should consume at least 2,000 calories each day if you want to conceive a boy.
If you are trying to conceive a girl try to keep it around 1,500 or less in the calorie department.
Also, for a boy add plenty of potassium and sodium to your diet, and for a girl add magnesium to your diet.
