For the longest time I couldn’t figure out why people would spend so much (over $20) on a pair of headphones. I remember telling my friends, “They’re just headphones. Who cares, as long as I can hear the music I’m good.”
I had much more important things to spend my money on (i.e. clothes, and those really cute shoes). I had no problem buying pair after pair of headphones, wondering why they kept falling a part on me.
Until today.
Today I will admit, wait for it…
I will admit that I was wrong, which makes this a very special day because I rarely admit my wrongness, even when I am.
I reluctantly slipped the new Klipsch S2 headphones into each ear, already thinking, “They’re just head phones.”
Then I pressed play and was amazed by the sound quality, I actually had to turn down the volume! My older headphones usually played at about ½ the sound. With these new S2 headphones the volume was less than 20% and I could still hear clearly.
The S2 ear headphones come with sleeves in 3 different sizes which should accommodate just about everyone. I’m using the small and can barely feel them in my ear. Which is a plus, I usually had to take breaks with my other headphones because my ears would start to hurt.
Techie Cool Stuff
The Klipsch S2 ear headphones are sound isolating and are still affordable at a price point of $49.99.
- Precise, comfortable fit for long-term wear
- Superior noise-isolating design
- Delivers smooth sound with great bass
- Durable, built-in strain relief

If the S2 headphones can tune out my wonderful (don’t worry hubs is in charge when I’m writing) then I can only imagine what some of the other models can tune out.
If you are looking for some high-quality headphones you will get a lot of sound for you money with the Klipsch S2 headphones.
* Of course I know “wrongness” is not a word.
